On June 6, 2013, Region 10 issued a Consent Agreement and Final Order to Elite Property Management, Inc., lessor of properties in and around Corvallis, Oregon, for failing to make required disclosures to lessees, in violation of the Lead Disclosure Rule. Region 10 alleged Elite Property Management, Inc. violated the rule by failing to disclose required activities. Elite Property Management, Inc. agreed to pay a penalty of $12,530.Â
