On June 20, 2013 Region 10 issued a Consent Agreement and Final Order to Hill Rental Properties, LLC, lessor of properties in and around Moscow, Idaho for failing to make required disclosures to lessees, in violation of the Lead Disclosure Rule. Region 10 alleged that Hill Rental Properties, LLC violated the rule by failing to disclose required activities. Hill Rental Properties, LLC, agreed to pay penalty of $1,880.
