On April 1, 2013, EPA Region 6 signed an Agreed Order on Consent with The Premcor Refining Group, Inc. in Port Arthur Texas under Section 3013 of RCRA requiring the facility to perform internal and perimeter groundwater sampling, soil sampling and perform a site wide waste stream evaluation. This order will replace a previously issued Unilateral Administrative Order.
