Based upon documentation submitted to EPA in connection with the Notice of Arrival, the pesticide has been determined to be not registered in the U.S. Unregistered pesticides are prohibited from sale and distribution in the U.S. and therefore, the product is in violation of FIFRA 12(a)(1)(A).
