Respondent's three locations, Humacao PR, Manati PR, and Bloomsbury NJ, failed to report under EPCRA 312 for lead in annual Tier II reports, heptafluoropropane, warfarin sodium, lead and sulfuric acid in Tier II report and sulfuric acid in Tier II report, respectively. All facilities took care of reporting issues.
