An EPCRA Section 313 non-reporter inspection was conducted on November 22, 2012. It was determined the company had processed lead compounds above the 100-pound reporting threshold for lead. The company had not filed TRI Form R reports for these activities at the time of the inspection. The 2009 Form R report was due July 1, 2010 and the 2010 Form R report was due July 2011. The required 2009 and 2010 Form R reports were sent to EPA on May 17, 2012.
