On May 1, 2013, EPA Region 6 issued an Administrative Order (AO) under its authority pursuant to the Clean Water Act (CWA) to El Merendero (Posa's), Inc., located in Santa Fe, NM. The AO was issued in reponse to violations of failing to apply for permit coverage under the Multi-Sector General Permit. The AO requires El Merendero to prepare a Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan, apply for permit coverage, and certify to compalice with the Order.
