As of August 25, 2010 Respondent had not submitted either MSDSs or Hazardous Chemical Inventory (Tier II) Forms for anhydrous ammonia to the SERC, LEPC or local fire department for calendar years 2008 and 2009 when this substance was stored in excess of its reportable quantity (RQ).
