EPA Region IX issued an Administrative Complaint (Complaint) against Veolia ES Technical Solutions (Veolia) in Phoenix, AZ on April 30, 2013. The Complaint was issued to Veolia for TSCA related PCB violations, which include a PCB disposal violation, two continued use violations, as well as Veolia's failure to mark and date PCB containers. THe CAFO was issued on September 30, 2013 and settled for $95,000.
