Cascade Natural Gas Company (CNG) is the current owner/operator of the Bremerton Gasworks Site. Through this Settlement Agreement, CNG has agred to: pay past resonse costs in the amount of $479,172.96, conduct a removal assessment to determine whether a removal action needs to be conducted at the Site, condcut any necessary removal action after issuance of an Action Memo by EPA, and conduct an RI/FS at the Site.
