Based upon documentation submitted to EPA in connection with the Notice of Arrival and an inspection conducted by EPA Region 2, the NoNoSquito Bands have been determined to be not registered in the U.S. Unregistered pesticides are prohibited from sale and distribution in the U.S. and therefore, the product is in violation of FIFRA 12(a)(1)(A).
