This order requires performance of removal actions in connection with the release of oil into a storm sewer from a facility located at or about 2755 Salt Springs Road, Youngstown, OH. This order requires Respondent to continue to conduct removal of the discharge which flowed from the storm sewer into a small creek and eventually into the Mahoning River. Oil has been observed in both the creek and the Mahoning River. Jeffrey Lippert is the OSC handling the release.
