This enforcement action was filed in response to violations discovered during a Risk Management Plan (RMP) compliance inspection conducted on 9/12/2012. Based on this inspection, the EPA determined that the facility failed to implement several provisions of the Risk Management Program regulations specified under CAA 112(r)(7) including documentation, provision of safety information, implementation of maintenance procedures, conduction of compliance audits and updating emergency contact information.
