The EPA is issuing an Administrative Order (Order) to the Saint Stephens Indian Mission, Inc., which owns the St Saint Stephens Indian Mission public water system, located within the external boundaries of the Wind River Reservation (WY), directing it to comply with the National Primary Drinking Water Regulations.The violations alleged in the Order include: exceeding the maximum contaminant level for total coliform bacteria, failing to monitor for total coliform bacteria and nitrate, failing to notify the public of certain violations, and failing to report certain violations to the EPA.
