Albuquerque Metal Reclycling, Inc., Respondent, owned or operated a metal recycling facility located in Alququerque, Bernalillo County, New Mexico. AO issued to Respondent for violation identified during a 01/16/2013 state inspection: a)Failure to conduct and document routine facility inspections, quarterly visual inspections, and comprehensive site inspections; and b)SWPPP failed to document areas at the facility where industrial materials or activities are exposed to storm water and from which allowable non-storm water discharges are released.
