Respondent Timothy Moore, the owner of target housing in Racine, Wisconsin, agreed to pay $500 in a Consent Agreement and Final Order (CAFO) filed with the Regional Hearing Clerk on June 3, 2013. By the CAFO, EPA commences and concludes a proceeding alleging that Respondent violated Section 1018 of Title X, the Residential Lead-Based Paint Hazard Reduction Act of 1992, at 42 U.S.C. 4851 (Lead Disclosure Rule). EPA alleged that Timothy Moore failed to provide his lessees with the required disclosures under the Lead Disclosure Rule regarding the possible presence of lead paint, as stated in the CAFO. Respondent certified that it is in compliance with the Lead Disclosure Rule.
