The City's NPDES permit was reissued in 2008 and included a permit limit for ammonia nitrogen based on the Confederated Salish and Kootenai Tribes' water quality standard. By June 1, 2012, the City was to have met the ammonia limit. The City is not meeting the limit. This order provides a compliance shcedule for City to achieve compliance with the permit limit.
