On September 13, 2013, Region 10 filed a Consent Agreement and Final Order assessing a penalty of $8,100 against the City of St. Maries, Idaho for violations of the Clean Water Act. Respondent, which operates a wastewater treatment plant, exceeded its NPDES permit limits for biochemical oxygen demand, total suspended solids, pH, and total residual chlorine.
