Baker Hughes Oilfield Operations, Inc. (Morgan City) facility disclosed violation of EPCRA 313 to U.S. EPA. After reviewing the Audit Policy Checklist they submitted, 100% of the gravity base penalty was mitigated. Economic benefit was deemed insignificant.
