Region 5 filed a Consent Agreement and Final Order commencing and concluding a proceeding with the Respondents to settle violations of the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA), 15 U.S.C. § 2615(a). The CAFO alleges that Respondents failed to comply with the lead Requirements for Hazard Education Before Renovation of Target Housing (Pre-Renovation Education Rule or PRE Rule) in conducting renovations at 24 properties in South Bend, Indiana.
