Administrative Order to cease discharge of dredged and fill material into waters of the US, e.g., approximately 1200 LF of Branch Hollow, a tributary of the South Fork Little Red River, near Clinton, AR, and remove fill from the site. The unauthorized fill was associated with the construction of an earthen dam.
