On multiple dates between approx. March 2, 2010 and June 25, 2012, Respondent discharged dredged/fill material in, on and to approx. 9.92 acres of forested wetlands in the area of 963-1343 Choctaw Road near Thibodeaux LA. The discharges were associated with the construction of a large earthen levee approx. 6x14x5280 feet, and done without an authorized permit.
