This is a penalty action against Ventura Foods LLC (Respondent) for
1) its failure timely submit a Risk Management Plan to EPA. The RMP was due in December 2007 but the facility did not submit until March 2009;
2) Failure to Update Process Safety Information; and
3) Failure to Update Emergency Contact Information.
Respondent has agreed to pay a civil penalty of $140,600.
