During an SPCC inspection conducted on 6/23/2011, inspectors found that more than one million gallons of oil were being stored at this facility. This requires the facility to prepare and submit a Facility Response Plan (FRP). The 6/23/2011 inspection revealed that no FRP had been prepared or submitted.
