This Consent Decree is between the US, the state of IL, the bankruptcy trustee for the Estate of Chemetco, Inc., and the Trustee's work contractor, Paradigm Minerals and Environmental Services LLC. The purpose of this CD is to emplement a CERCLA Removal Action and resolve US and the state of IL's Civil Complaint and Brankuptcy Proofs of Claim against Chemetco and Paradigm.
