On September 23, 2013, Region 10 filed a Consent Agreement and Final Order assessing a penalty of $13,500 against MaryÂs-A-Wreck Auto Parts and Recycling LLC and Mary Brubaker, Individual, for violations of the Clean Water Act. Respondents, which operate an automobile wrecking yard, discharged pollutants (Lead, Copper, Zinc, petroleum and other pollutants) to waters of the U.S. without a permit.
