Based on findings during an August 15, 2012 inspection, the Borough failed to develop, maintain as current, and implement an O & M program, implement a regularly scheduled inspection program, and adequately collect and maintain information on the combined sewer system. The Order requires the Borough to comply with the conditions in its NJPDES Combined Sewer System General Permit.
