On September 30, 2013, Region 10 entered into a Compliance Order by Consent with the City of Fairview regarding compliance with its Phase I Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4) Permit. The permit violations were found during an inspection of the County's MS4 in December 2012. The violations found include lack of site plan review procedures for construction projects, failure to conduct construction site inspection in accordance with documented procedures, and failure to implement its enforcement response procedures. The compliance order requires the permittee to come into compliance with the permit requirements pertaining to these violations.
