On September 3, 2013, Region 10 filed a Consent Agreement and Final Order (CAFO) with Two Good Brothers LLC, Alok Mehra, and Hardev Singh (Respondents) to resolve tank and piping release detection violations. Respondents are the operators of four underground storage tanks (USTs) at Border Stop Market in Kelso, WA. Under the CAFO, Respondents must submit tank release detection documentation for each UST system for the months of May-July 2013 and documentation of piping release detection when it is due in January 2014 and pay a $4,835 penalty.
