Respondent failed to obtain firm certification, failed to ensure that a renovator was assigned to the renovation and distribute a lead-hazard information pamphlet as required by the Renovation, Repair & Painting (RRP) Rule. Respondent's failures to comply with the RRP Rule will be addressed as follows: 1) Respondent has obtained firm certification 2) Respondent will take required individual training to comply with renovator requirements and 3) Respondent will distribute the lead-hazard information pamphlet as required by the RRP Rule for future renovations. Respondent's penalty was reduced as per appropriate LBP guidance given its status as a micro-business.
