On September 12, 2013, Region 10 filed an Expedited Settlement Agreement (ESA) with Steelscape, Inc. to address Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) violations at its facility in Kalama, Washington. The violations involved hazardous waste generator requirements. Under the terms of the agreement, Steelscape, Inc. certified that it has corrected the RCRA violations and agreed to pay $3,750.
