This was a voluntary disclosure under the Audit Policy. The company recalculated its releases and transfers for methanol for calendar years 2008, 2009, 2010 and 2011. The errors were due to recounting recycled methanol in a closed loop system. The revised TRI Form R reports addressing the data quality errors were certified on August 14, 2013. No penalty was sought.
