AO issued for vionation identified through a 2/7/13 inspection conducted by the New Mexico State on behalf of EPA. Violation include: Failure to develop and implement an adequate and complete Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan; and Failure to submit a Notice of Intent for coverage under the Storm Water Construction General Permit.
