El Valle de Los Ranchos Water and Santitation District, Respondent, owned or operated a construction project located in Ranchos de Taos, Taos County New Mexico. Violation were identified through a 05/29/13 inspection conducted by NMED on behalf of EPA. Violations: Failure to develop and implement an adequate and complete Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan; and Failure to submit a Notice of Intent for coverage under the Storm Water Construction General Permit.
