W.E.B. DuBois Public Charter School failed to conduct an AHERA building inspection and develop an asbestos management plan as required under the Asbestos Hazard Emergency response Act (AHERA). W.E.B. DuBois Public Charter School has since come into compliance with AHERA. AGAPE Corporation was fined $2,700, which was applied toward the cost of coming into compliance with AHERA regulations.
