On July 11, 2013, Region 10 issued a Stop Sale, Use, or Removal Order to Amvac Chemicals to stop the further sale and distribution of a shipment of ÂTechnical Bifenthrin Insecticide Miticide (Technical Bifenthrin; EPA Reg. No. 5481-505) that was imported into the U.S. on or about June 17, 2013. The product labels lack the ÂNote to Physician which appears on the most recent EPA-accepted label and therefore is misbranded.
