An email regarding the company's failure to file TRI Form R reports for nitrate compounds for reporting years 2010 and 2011 was sent to the Respondent on August 8, 2012. The required TRI Form R reports were submitted to EPA on October 18, 2012. The 2011 Form R report was 109 days late and the Form R report for 2010 was over one year late.
