Respondent disclosed certain violation through voluntary disclosures to EPA pursuant to EPA audit policy. On multiple dates, respondent discharged pollutants from point souces into waters of the US onto wetlands and tributaries without a permit issued under the CWA. This order is for respondent to cease any additional discharge of dredged/fill material to waters of the US,and to pursue after-the-facts permits from the Corps of Engineers.
