This Order pertains to property located at 2401 20th Street, Detroit, Wayne County Michigan, Wayne County, Michigan (the United Cornmunity Hospital Site). This Order requires the Respondent to conduct removal activities described herein to abate an imminent and substantial endangerment to the public health, welfare or the environment that may be presented by the actual or threatened release of hazardous substances at or from the Site. Community Health Care Providers, Inc. is the current owner of the Site property.
