On September 25, 2013, Region 10 filed a Consent Agreement and Final Order (CAFO) that resolves violations of the hazardous substances reporting requirements of the Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act. The CAFO addresses violations at TruGreenÂs Facility for failing to file their annual Tier II chemical inventory reports for storage of Ferrous Sulfate ÂHeptahydrate, Limestone, Muriate of Potash, Phosphoric Acid, Potash and Urea.
