This RCRA Section 7003 Order on Consent, executed against the Respondents, requires they develop and implement a Work Program consisting of an investigation conducted according to a RCRA-type process to characterize site conditions, including soil, groundwater and surface water; a Corrective Measures Study (CMS) to explore alternative remedial technologies and recommend specific technologies based upon site conditions and achieveability of health-based standards; and a Corrective Measure Implementation (CMI) phase to conduct approved remediation. Failure of Respondents to comply with the terms of this AOC and its approved workplans will result in the assignment of stipulated penalties.
