EPA issued an Expedited Settlement Agreement (ESA) under RCRA to the New Age Metal Finishing, LLC (NAMF)facility located in Fresno, CA. The penalty assessed was for $4,900. The settlement was issued because NAMF failed to provide training for employees annually, update their emergency coordinators list and properly close and label containers on-site.
