On September 27, 2013, EPA Region 6 issued an Administrative order (AO) under its authority pursuant to the Safe Drinking Water Act (SDWA) to 114th Street Mobile Home Park (Respondent) doing business as the 114th Street Mobile Home Park Water System in Lubbock, TX. The AO was issued in response to violations of the fluoride maximum contaminant level (MCL). The AO requires respondent to submit to EPA: 1) a detailed plan to meet the fluoride MCL; 2) a cost analysis of the proposed plan; and 3) a construction schedule. Respondent must submit a plan to EPA Region 6 within 120 days of the issuance date of the order.
