Pursuant to a consent decree, DELCORA is in the process of developing a Long Term Control Plan for its Combined Sewer Overflows. The Consent Decree also sets out stipulated penalties that DELCORA must pay for effluent violations at its Western Regional Treatment Plant and for dry weather sewer overflows. DELCORA has paid stipulated penalties for some overflows.
