An EPCRA Section 313 Data Quality inspection was conducted on June 6, 2012 at the facility located at 800 Billingsport Road in Paulsboro, New Jersey. Based on documents provided during and post-inspection, it was discovered that the water releases for nitrate compounds were under-reported by at least 3-fold for each of calendar years 2008 and 2009. During 2008 and 2009, Respondent was operating as Valero Refining Company - New Jersey. The required TRI Form R reports were submitted to EPA and the Respondent was assessed a penalty.
