Respondent failed to comply with EPA's request for Information related to compliance with the General Pretreatment Regulations. Specifically, Respondent failed to submit a proposed plan for developing an industrial pretretament program (IPP) in accordance with 40 CFR Part 403. AO is issued with a compliance schedule for IPP submission. In addition to cost of compliance for this action, other expense may be incurred upon approval of IPP by EPA whereby Respondent enters into the implementation phase of the IPP.
