Complaint and Consent Agreement (CCCA) to resolve alleged record keeping violations of an Administrative Order for Compliance (AO). Corey Jones Feedlot was sent an AO on September 6, 2011 as a result of Clean Water Act violations witnessed by EPA inspectors on April 12, 2011. The EPA received notification from the Facility on November 2011 that it would abide by the requirements The EPA reached a settlement with the facility on May 15, 2013 to settle the alleged violation of failing to submit the required records. The facility did not admit to any liability or wrongdoing in the CCCA.
