Respondent failed to submit Notice of Arrivals (NOAs) for 23 shipments of zinc borate. Respondent was inspected by EPA inspectors on June 29 and November 18, 2011. During the inspection, EPA determined the Respondent failed to submit Notice of Arrivals for 23 shipments of zinc borate as required by Section 12(a)(2(N) of FIFRA. A show cause letter was sent to the Respondent on February 26, 2013.
