On October 28, 2013, Region 10 filed an Expedited Settlement Agreement to resolve Spill Prevention, Control, and Countermeasure (SPCC) Plans violations at Storey Service Station in Cle Elum, Washington that occurred in March, 2013. The facility had had a deficient SPCC plan and inadequate secondary containment. Respondent agreed to pay a penalty of $2,350 and correct the violations within 60 days.
