On January 16, 2014, Region 10 filed a consent agreement and final order that resolves violations of the polychlorinated biphenyl (PCB) regulations issued under the Toxic Substances Control Act. The District agreed to pay a penalty of $1,200 for storing PCB waste for disposal for more than one year.
